After a fantastic 2020, Regional Director Bachir Moussa says his company will use the GITEX Technology Week to keep the pedal to the metal

Fresh from a pre-IPO round of a $100 million investment from customers and technology partners, including Dubai Electricity and Water Authority’s Forward Investments, Nozomi Networks is ready to make some more noise at the GITEX Technology Week.

The San Francisco-based company had a fantastic 2020, where they increased revenue by 110%, customer base by 2x and 5,000% growth in the number of devices its solutions monitor.

Bachir Moussa, Regional Director – MEAR, spoke to ITP.net about his company’s plans for the GITEX…

What are Nozomi Networks’ plans for the GITEX?

This year, Nozomi Networks will participate at GITEX with our partner Moro Hub. It will be a great opportunity to learn more about our full portfolio of industry leading OT and IoT security solutions. Nozomi Networks is valued in the Middle East and around the world for superior operational visibility, advanced OT and IoT threat detection and strength across deployments.

Nozomi Networks solutions support more than 48 million devices in thousands of installations across energy, manufacturing, mining, transportation, utilities, building automation, smart cities and critical infrastructure. Our products are deployable onsite and in the cloud and span across IT, OT and IoT to automate the hard work of inventorying, visualising and monitoring industrial control networks through the innovative use of artificial intelligence.

Use cases stretch beyond cybersecurity, and include troubleshooting, asset management and predictive maintenance.

In these modern times of hybrid models, which technologies should organisations focus on to remain competitive?

Cloud-based technologies will increasingly have a critical role in remaining competitive.
