The recent Kyndryl launch event was attended by numerous representatives of the government, customers, partners and members of the press. Digital transformation is a key element to new economies and factors such as the pandemic and global adoption of new digital technologies is spurring governments on in their efforts to transform. Digital and enterprise technologies such as the cloud, and artificial intelligence, are considered key when addressing the demands of new work environments.
According to IDC, approximately 65% of global GDP will be digitalised by 2022 as companies and organisations create strategies that take in current and predicted business trends.
