Dubai CommerCity, the emirate’s e-commerce free zone, has announced the creation of a new business incentive package to encourage businesses to move their operations to the free zone. The package will offer benefits in terms of company registrations and office space.
New companies
The incentive is available to new companies and potential investors. In order to benefit from the package, companies must sign their lease contract and move their operations to the free zone before the end of January 2022.
Payment options
CommerCity’s incentive programme includes the option of paying business setup fees on a monthly basis. The offer is applicable to all office spaces in the free zone, including smart desks.
e-Commerce support
CommerCity aims to support local, regional, and international companies in their entry to the e-commerce sector, to develop their business, and benefit from the sector’s investment opportunities. The free zone offers an e-commerce ecosystem and a stable business environment for companies and investors. The free zone covers 2.1 million square feet and includes offices, warehousing facilities, scalable fulfilment centres and last-mile delivery services.
