Dubai Chambers e-transactions increase 10.4 percent

Dubai Chamber of Commerce, elaborated on the Chamber’s digital transformation strategy, as well as new plans and initiatives designed to further enhance customer happiness.

Dubai Chambers e-transactions increase 10.4 percent

During a recent virtual meeting between Dubai Chamber of Commerce, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority as well as the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai (KHDA), Dubai Chambers revealed that its e-transaction increased 10.4 percent year on year to reach 435,000 transactions.

Dubai Chamber of Commerce was sharing its best practice in its digital transformation efforts. Attendees also discussed various avenues of collaboration. Saif Ali Hattawi, Executive Director of Digital and Commercial Services at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, elaborated on the Chamber’s digital transformation strategy, as well as new plans and initiatives designed to further enhance customer happiness.

Dubai Chamber of Commerce provides more than 50 smart services covering all the needs of the business community, ranging from certificates of origin, attestation, ATA Carnets and credit reports, among many others.
