The vendor and channel categories recognise ICT companies that have delivered innovative products, solutions and services that empowered private enterprises and government firms in the Middle East to achieve their digital and business transformation goals.

5G Innovator of the Year: Ericsson

Ericsson provides mobile connectivity solutions to telecom operators and to enterprise customers in various sectors across the globe. This year, the winner unveiled several ground-breaking innovations that have led to new additions combining increased capacity with energy efficiency and paving the way for future innovations powered by the 5G network.

AI Vendor of the Year: Dataiku

Dataiku has enabled companies with bespoke tools that allow them to leverage one central solution to design, deploy, govern, and manage AI and analytics applications. Software Vendor of the Year: ServiceNow

ServiceNow delivered a solution that allowed enterprises to focus on customer needs and IT services for customers rather than on IT systems. The platform they offer enabled customers to adapt to changes and innovation, while allowing them to visualise workflows, leading to improved efficiency and cost savings.

Networking Vendor of the Year: CISCO

CISCO illustrated how connectivity can have long-term social and economic benefits. They also played a crucial role in making one of the region’s mega events a success by providing an intelligent foundation for connectivity ensuring secure and seamless experience for all.

Cloud Vendor of the Year: IBM

IBM touts a platform-centric approach that enabled enterprises to build, deliver, and manage applications across a hybrid multicloud environment – especially those in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance and telco. Taking their commitment to cloud innovation further, the winner is investing $1 billion in an initiative that supports GSI and ISV partners to provide clients a seamless and secure journey to the cloud.  

Security Vendor of the Year: Fortinet

Fortinet has a broad portfolio of cybersecurity solutions with over 50 security-related products, most of which were built from the ground up. Through these innovations, they enable enterprises with intelligent, seamless protection across the expanding attack surface, delivering security without compromise to address the most critical security challenges, whether in networked, application, cloud, or mobile environments.

Consumer Vendor of the Year: Acer

The consumer vendor of the year has delivered a wide variety of innovative devices from sustainable laptops to monitors, accessories, home PCs and more, the company is a leader in a variety of fields. They have adapted their range of devices designed for businesses, consumers and families to help them get the most from their devices in the hybrid era.

System Integrator of the Year: CloudBox Technologies

CloudBox Technologies have partnered with global IT companies to ensure that they provide top-notch local support and expertise to regional organisations for their entire IT stack from data centre, network security, backup, desktop virtualisation solutions and more.

Value-Added Distributor of the Year: Redington Value
