With the deployment of AI-powered chatbots, voice biometrics, and speech analytics – they were able to create not only seamless but also memorable and personalised experiences across its entire customer ecosystem.

Government Innovation of the Year: Ministry of Bahrain

The Ministry of Bahrain migrated 5,000 users from multiple communications systems to a centralised stack hosted on its own private cloud. It connected more than 250 locations under a single, unified communications system, enabling seamless collaboration between multiple stakeholders across the country’s educational system.

Healthcare Innovation of the Year: Aster DM Healthcare

From AI to robotic automation, data analytics and more, Aster DM Healthcare leveraged a variety of advanced technologies to boost operations, streamline diagnoses and decision-making, and improve patient care and customer experiences.

Hospitality Innovation of the Year: Madinat Jumeirah

Madinat Jumeirah ensured seamless connectivity and improved guest experiences across one of the biggest hotel properties in the UAE. Using AI-powered connectivity they were able to allocate appropriate bandwidth and prioritise traffic patterns, providing employees and guests alike with robust, uninterrupted access across four high-profile hotel properties.
