What are the key highlights of your participation at GITEX Global?

Our theme this year at GITEX is ‘Lead with a Culture of Cyber Resilience’ under which we plan to evangelise about the importance of adopting a holistic and integrated approach to cybersecurity. As much as identifying and implementing the right tools and systems are important, what is more important is building a belief that protecting an enterprise is everyone’s responsibility.

This year we are showcasing 21 leading technologies in the cyber, cloud and Intelligent Automation domains. Our expert teams would be demonstrating how these cutting-edge technologies can improve a customer’s cybersecurity posture.

We plan to announce new vendor onboarding as well as strategic partnership sign ups.

What does the ‘next digital universe’ mean to you?

We see this as the next wave of digital transformation. In the past years, we witnessed increased number of organisations stepping out of their comfort zone to initiate their journey into the digital era. However, in the past two years, we saw a renewed sense of urgency on this path of digitisation due to the unfortunate global situation.

We are now existing in an ecosystem that is digitally regulated – be it economy or society and with new and emerging technologies this digital universe is constantly evolving. From a vantage point this would open opportunities for greater innovation and create extraordinary experiences.

How important is the role of channel players in helping organisations navigate the journey towards the ‘next digital universe’?

The channel can play a very vital role when it comes to empowering organisations move to the digital future and beyond. It starts with understanding the existing environment of your customer and providing with the right guidance and solutions which is not only limited to customer experience but extending automation and AI capabilities to fortify all business functionalities.

Not all organisations are there yet. Early adopters have made considerable progress on this journey. Even then they would need to increase their adoption of the latest advanced digital technologies to support their digital transformation goals, the risks, and challenges of cybersecurity. This needs continuous guidance and support from industry experts – that’s where we come in.
