The social case e-notarisation service provided by the Najiz.sa portal had approximately 500,000 users in 2022, according to a statement from the Ministry of Justice (MoJ). Additionally, more than a million client application verifications have been done electronically.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the MoJ clarified that “The e-notarisations cover child custody, endowments, marriages, and legal heirs.”
A number of these domains were moved from courts to the notarial e-system by the Saudi Notarisation Law, which improved client satisfaction and boosted automation.
