Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, has announced the launch of the Hub Nub app, which is a new government communication tool that allows for reliable and efficient communication between leaders and decision-makers in Dubai’s government.
The platform was developed by Digital Dubai and serves as a real-time communication platform for government leaders across all sectors, boosting decision-making processes.
The app was created to meet the changing strategic imperatives of the government in a rapidly evolving urban environment and is part of the Dubai Government’s efforts to achieve the Dubai Economic Agenda D33’s goal to consolidate the emirate’s status as one of the world’s top three cities.
The Hub Nub app allows for quick and real-time decision-making to reinforce Dubai’s position as a world-leading government.
Sheikh Hamdan expressed his appreciation for the efforts of Digital Dubai and other government entities in ensuring a smooth digital transformation that will boost sustainability and optimise the use of resources.

The app enables instant interaction between government leaders in a secure, integrated, and highly reliable digital environment, facilitating the rapid deliberations and immediate exchange of documents and notes necessary to make the best possible decision quickly and effectively.
It provides instant messaging, voice messages, video and audio calls, and the sharing of photos, documents, websites, and other content. The platform meets the highest standards of security for data exchange, in line with the Dubai Cybersecurity Strategy.
The new approach facilitated by the Hub Nub app allows users to keep pace with and even anticipate developments to make strategic decisions that will help maintain Dubai’s pre-eminence among global cities today and in the future.
