Redington, Genesys partner to deliver personalised cloud experiences

Redington has disclosed a recent collaboration with Genesys, an experience orchestration global leader in the cloud industry.

Under the agreement, through its broad channel ecosystem, Redington will provide customers in the Middle East with the Genesys Cloud CX Platform which is built on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Both Redington and Genesys are AWS SCA partners, and with this partnership, regional clients can now harness the abilities of all three organisations to coordinate personalised cloud experiences.

The partnership comes at a time when customers in the region seek to strengthen their progressions to the cloud while maintaining their customers’ interests as the central focus of their changes.

According to Gartner, spending on public cloud services in the EMEA region will rise from $111 billion in 2022 to $131 billion in the present year, indicating a year-over-year growth of 18.2 percent.

Genesys Cloud CX is an API-first experience orchestration platform that facilitates seamless and interconnected experiences for both customers and employees. It provides omnichannel options, AI capabilities, employee experience, and end-to-end journey optimisation. On the other hand, Redington is a cloud leader in the Middle East, offering CloudQuarks platform for cloud subscriptions, renewals, and billing. It empowers its partners through Cloud Center of Excellence, new business models, bespoke tools, and specialised services to create strong cloud practices and support customers’ cloud objectives.
