EDGE, a UAE-based technology and defence company, has announced its acquisition of a majority stake in MARS Robotics, a renowned player in autonomous robotic solutions hailing from Jordan.
The deal hands EDGE an 80 percent ownership of MARS Robotics, opening up avenues for collaboration with the highly skilled engineering team on a multitude of thrilling projects.
MARS Robotics will be integrated into EDGE’s Advanced Concepts division, which is dedicated to the swift design, development, and implementation of advanced and innovative technologies.
The acquisition was unveiled at the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA 2023), where EDGE is showcasing a diverse range of autonomous solutions and intelligent weaponry. This acquisition will enhance EDGE’s capacity to expand its offerings and provide global support to its customers.

Since its inception in 2013, MARS Robotics has been providing top-notch engineering solutions and services to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of UAS. Their comprehensive offerings span hardware, peripherals, networks, software, support, services, and training across various military and civilian applications.
