The Nothing Phone (2), the company’s second smartphone is set to hit the market in July. This information was revealed by the company’s CEO Carl Pei.
Previously, Pei also disclosed that the device’s processor will be a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, putting it a step above the mid-range Nothing Phone (1) but below the flagships of 2023 that will utilise the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
The expected release was mentioned by him during his recent interview with Forbes.
The U.S. will receive the Phone (2) at the same time as the rest of the world. That would be a considerable improvement over last year, when the Phone (1) didn’t arrive on American soil until several months after its global debut.
When discussing his ambitions for the Phone (2), Pei stated that the U.S. market is crucial to the company’s growth and that he anticipates the next product to provide consumers with a true alternative to the iPhone nationwide.
