Tech trio announce new initiative to accelerate generative AI for enterprises

ServiceNow, NVIDIA, and Accenture have teamed up to launch the first-of-its-kind AI Lighthouse programme

ServiceNow and Accenture have joined forces to introduce AI Lighthouse, a new initiative aimed at accelerating the development and adoption of enterprise generative AI capabilities.

The programme leverages the strategic partnerships between ServiceNow, NVIDIA, and Accenture to empower pioneering customers from various industries in designing, developing, and implementing new generative AI use cases.

By combining the ServiceNow enterprise automation platform and engine, NVIDIA AI supercomputing and software, and Accenture AI transformation services, AI Lighthouse offers customers the opportunity to collaborate as design partners in creating custom generative AI large language models (LLMs) and applications to drive business advancements.

“This is a transformational moment for business to revolutionise how work gets done,” said Bill McDermott, Chairman and CEO, ServiceNow.

“In collaboration with our visionary partners, ServiceNow, NVIDIA, and Accenture are forming the market-leading blueprint for AI-first enterprise innovation. We expect the AI Lighthouse customer programme to inspire breakthrough ideas with massive ROI: ‘return on intelligence.’”

The AI Lighthouse programme promises to bring enterprise customers significant benefits, such as reducing manual work for customer service professionals, promoting self-service options, generating content automatically, and boosting developer productivity with intelligent code recommendations.

ServiceNow has already launched several powerful generative AI capabilities since May, tested in collaboration with large companies from various sectors. The AI Lighthouse programme will build upon this early progress, focusing on IT service management, customer service management, and employee experience.

NVIDIA will provide the full-stack computing for model training and tuning, utilising its DGX AI supercomputing and DGX Cloud, along with the NeMo LLM software. ServiceNow will be the front-end workflow automation and intelligence platform, and Accenture will leverage its expertise in generative AI strategy, design, and delivery to bring use cases to life for customers.

The collaboration will tap into Accenture’s Center for Advanced AI, with its focus on generative AI and large language models, to engineer domain-specific LLMs and generative AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. This will result in more intelligent functional and industry workflows, such as elevating agent productivity, improving self-service quality, and using AI-powered virtual agents.

With the AI Lighthouse programme, ServiceNow’s generative AI capabilities will continue to advance, and interested parties can learn more about the programme and other generative AI solutions offered by ServiceNow strategic partners by visiting their website.
