ITP.net is delighted to announce that Commercial Bank of Dubai’s (CBD) Chief Operating Officer, Stefan Kimmel will be joining a high-level roundtable discussion focusing on the future of the region’s banking sector.
Kimmel has over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, technology management and innovation with a range of globally leading organisations including BCG, Oliver Wyman and IBM.
As part of ITP.net’s ‘Cashing-in on Digitalisation in Banking’ event, the ‘Doubling down on digital’ roundtable is set to air on 9th February. It will explore the evolution of the regional banking industry and determine where it is heading in the next few years.
Prior to joining CBD, Kimmel was the Leader Digital Technology, Financial Services at PwC for the Middle East. He holds a Master’s in Business Management from the University of Nuremberg as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Georgia in the US.
CBD is one of the most prominent banks in the UAE. Established in 1969, it started out as a joint venture of Commerzbank, Chase Manhattan Bank and Commercial Bank of Kuwait.
