As remote working models continue to proliferate, many business leaders are determined to continue to accelerate their digital investments this year, to not only survive but also thrive in the post-pandemic world. However, this puts significant pressure on cybersecurity teams to devise strategies and implement solutions that will help secure an increasingly distirbuted workforce.
According to The State of Cloud Security 2020, a global survey from Sophos, three quarters (75%) of organisations from the UAE experienced a public cloud security incident in the last year – including ransomware, other malware, exposed data, compromised accounts and cryptojacking. The cybersecurity firm noted that the increase in remote working provides extra motivation for threat actors to disable cloud infrastructure that is being relied on more than ever.
With remote working here to stay. It is important for organisations to understand the need to protect not only the people who are in multiple locations but also the resources they use as well.
Join Sophos and ITP in this webinar on 7th July at 11 am to learn how Sophos can help you enable people to work securely from any location. We’ll explore:
• Providing secure connectivity for people working at home, on-site, and in the office, including VPN and ZTNA technologies
• Securing the devices that make those connections against ransomware and other advanced threats
• Protecting the data and workloads your users need to access, whether stored on-premises, in the cloud, or both
Plus, we’ll show you how you can simplify cybersecurity management for dispersed IT teams at the same time.
