Recent times have witnessed the emergence of wearable devices as a game-changer in the health industry. Gaelan Medical, the UAE based healthcare and beauty distribution company, has unveiled a smart helmet capable of curing obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and smoking. Revealed during Arab Health 2021, this breakthrough treatment is the first of its kind globally.

Characterised by artificial intelligence and deep transcranial magnetic stimulation, the helmet reaches deeper areas of the cerebral cortex. Ammar Martini, Board Directors Member and Medical Scientific Officer at Gaelan Medical, said,“The new device uses innovative, technology, which requires less time and offers maximum comfort to the patients.”
