Abu Dhabi Digital Authority (ADDA), the government entity leading the digital transformation in the UAE capital, is set to take part in this year’s GITEX Technology Week.

The government firm’s participation was confirmed by GITEX Technology Week’s organisers in the event’s social media pages.

Last year, ADDA had a major presence at the event, signing several partnerships with tech companies such as HPE and F5.

ADDA’s partnership with HPE was aimed at facilitating the utilisation of applications and advanced solutions provided by the tech firm to government entities, maximising the value of services provided to these entities, and providing support through HPE to Abu Dhabi’s government entities’ employees in many fields including, skills training, expertise and more.

Meanwhile, ADDA’s agreement with F5 was focused on facilitating the procurement of advanced solutions provided by F5 to government entities and maximise the value of services provided to these entities. This includes automation, security, performance, and insight solutions that allow organisations to focus on their core business, boost speed to market, improve operations, and build trust with end users and stakeholders.

Taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) Dubai, from 17th to 21st October, GITEX will be held under the theme: ‘Creating a Bolder Digital Future Together’.
