Sophos introduces partner programme to the Middle East and Africa

The programme aims to provide resources and training to participating partners that would enable them distribute and implement Sophos’ cloud and networks offerings.

Sophos, a global firm specialised in network and endpoint security, recently announced the launch of partner programme for resellers in the Middle East and Africa.

Providing a support channel for partners, the programme aims to provide participating firms with resources geared towards the distribution and implementation of Sopho’s cloud and network technologies.

As part of the programme, partners will be granted access to the company’s portfolio of endpoint and network security products, and will be managed through Sophos Central, a centralised management platform.

Harish Chib, vice-president of Middle East and Africa, Sophos, shared: “We have developed our MEA Partner Program with feedback from our distributors and resellers and this collaboration has resulted in the introduction of a four-Level partner program that reflects our deep commitment towards partner engagement and their growth.”

He added: “As part of the new program and Sophos’ “channel first, channel only” business strategy, the company offers partners sales consulting training and certification, co-branded marketing assets, 24/7 support and in-depth Sophos Central dashboard training to help build the skills and expertise of its partners.”

The Sophos-Central-Partner dashboard will reportedly integrate with Professional Service Automation (PSA) software. Furthermore, partners will be given the option of connecting with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), which can also be customised to fit individual needs.

The partner programme will include four levels of participation based on sales performance. This will comprise of authorised entry level, silver, gold and platinum partner.
