Abu Dhabi-based AI technology holding group G42 and Mubadala Investment Company have launched M42, a tech-enabled integrated healthcare company.
M42 combines G42 Healthcare’s medical and data-centric technologies with Mubadala Health’s patient services and advanced facilities.
The new company aims to provide personalised, precise, and preventive care and revolutionise the way medical care is delivered.
It will manage a wide portfolio of assets that includes Amana Healthcare, Biogenix Labs, Danat Al Emarat, HealthPoint Hospital, the HealthPlus network of speciality centres, Moorfields Eye Hospital Abu Dhabi, Imperial College London Diabetes Centre, Insights Research Organisation & Solutions (IROS), Omics Centre of Excellence and The National Reference Laboratory, among others.
The new entity will explore global expansion and collaborate with healthcare, pharmaceutical, and healthtech leaders to bring high-quality care to communities worldwide. It will be led by group CEO and managing director Hasan Jasem Al Nowais.
