In addition, Mohammed Yousef Al Mudharreb plays a pivotal role in shaping the technology direction for mobility solutions and provides strategic guidance for the overall technology development at RTA. Prior to this, he served as the director of rail operations, where he oversaw the largest concession agreement in the region to operate the Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram and ensured the delivery of world-class railway services in Dubai.
He was also instrumental in the successful delivery and operations of the automated fare collection system (nol) across all modes of transport in Dubai and created new commercial revenue streams by leveraging the infrastructure of nol.
