IFS, a global provider of cloud enterprise applications, has announced the appointment of Vijay Jaswal as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) and Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

As part of his new responsibilities, Jaswal will play an active role in engaging with customers, both existing and potential, to enable the creation of “Moments of Service.”
This will involve streamlining the interactions between people, processes, assets, and customers to ensure optimal value. Additionally, he will oversee the presales function and demonstrate IFS’s marketing abilities to customers, highlighting how they can benefit from the company’s offerings.

Jaswal brings more than 25 years of business technology process excellence experience, most recently serving as Chief Technology Officer of Middle East, Turkey & Africa for Software AG, where he worked for over 17 years. Prior to this, he worked for Tibco in the Netherlands.
