LEAP 2023 is set to begin in Riyadh Front Expo Centre on February 6th and run until February 9th.

The event will showcase billion-dollar investments aimed at fulfilling Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives, bringing about massive economic and societal change, and transforming the country into a leading global technology hub.

With over 720 speakers from 50 countries and a lineup of visionary talent, the conference will explore ideas that will change lives and unlock economic potential.

The event will feature well-known entrepreneurs, executives, and celebrities, including will.i.am, Carles Puyol, and executives from Aramco, Zoom, Google, Oracle, SAP, and NEOM.

With its success in 2022, when over $6 billion worth of business deals were signed, LEAP23 is gathering momentum as a major rival to Silicon Valley as a global tech hub.

Over 100,000 technology innovators and trailblazers will attend LEAP 2023 to drive the economic and societal transformation of Saudi Arabia. The event, powered by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and Tahaluf, a joint venture between Informa and SAFCSP, is expected to result in a significant collection of innovative products, ideas, and partnerships.

LEAP set a new standard for tech events in its first year and organisers Informa Markets anticipate this year’s event to exceed expectations, with more than 90 global startups competing for a share of a $1 million prize.

“There has never been an event that has gained such rapid traction among businesses, governments, sponsors, and tech luminaries,” said Michael Champion, Regional EVP, MEA at Informa Markets.

“Tech players now view LEAP as an unmissable event and Saudi Arabia as a catalyst for an entirely new world of opportunity.”

LEAP 2023 will feature more than 900 exhibitors across key ICT segments including 5G, cloud, metaverse, augmented reality (AR) and more.
