Netskope tops $500 M in ARR, expands leadership in Cybersecurity

With over $500 million in annual recurring revenue and a customer base of more than 3,400 enterprises, Netskope aims to solidify its leadership in the Secure Access Service Edge market.

Netskope, a Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) company, announced a major milestone today, surpassing $500 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). The company’s Netskope One platform has seen an extraordinary surge in demand, reflecting the global shift towards more advanced and integrated cybersecurity solutions.

Netskope’s innovative use of artificial intelligence (AI) in cybersecurity is central to this success. Over 30 per cent of Netskope’s clients have fully integrated SkopeAI, the company’s suite of AI and machine learning tools, into their operations. These tools enhance data protection, threat detection, and the safe use of generative AI applications.

Strategic partnerships have been pivotal to Netskope’s expansion. The company collaborates with global systems integrators and managed service providers such as BT, Deloitte, Orange, Telefónica, Telstra, and Wipro. Additionally, alliances with leading tech companies, including Amazon Web Services, CrowdStrike, Google, Microsoft, Mimecast, Okta, and ServiceNow, have bolstered Netskope’s market reach and capabilities.

Beyond its technological achievements, Netskope is dedicated to environmental and social governance. The company received a Silver Medal from EcoVadis, recognizing its efforts in sustainability. Netskope also launched “Netskope for Good,” a program focused on worldwide humanitarian and environmental sustainability initiatives.

Sanjay Beri, co-founder and CEO of Netskope, reflected on the company’s journey: “Netskope was founded on the principle that effective enterprise security hinges on how well security and networking adapt to a cloud-first, AI-ready world. Our growth and customer success validate our approach and motivate us to continue innovating.”

Beri added, “This milestone is just the beginning. We’ve proven our model and our competitive edge against larger tech firms. Our commitment to making SASE and zero trust adoption straightforward and effective remains unwavering. We are excited for the future and proud of our team, customers, investors, and partners.”

Since its inception, Netskope has steadily built a reputation for delivering cutting-edge security and network performance. Today, over 3,400 enterprises, including more than 30 of the Fortune 100 companies, rely on Netskope One to safeguard their digital assets and ensure seamless operations. This impressive customer base includes top-tier financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, and retail giants.

As work-from-anywhere models become the norm, the demand for reliable and scalable security solutions is more pressing than ever. Netskope’s comprehensive approach to SASE positions it well to lead the market in addressing these evolving needs.

Numerous accolades from top technology analyst firms further validate the company’s leadership position. For the second consecutive year, Gartner has placed Netskope highest in the ability to execute and furthest in the completeness of vision in its Magic Quadrant for Security Service Edge. Similarly, Forrester’s inaugural Wave report for Security Service Edge Platforms named Netskope a Leader, as did IDC in its 2023 MarketScape reports for SSE and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).

Netskope’s commitment to security and compliance is evident in its attainment of key certifications. The company has secured the FedRAMP® High Authorization in the United States, Protected B Certification in Canada, and the Information Security Registered Assessor Program (IRAP) assessment in Australia. These certifications enable Netskope to expand its services to federal governments and public sector entities worldwide.

Moreover, Netskope’s proprietary NewEdge infrastructure has made it the first technology vendor to provide a localized SSE experience across 220 countries and territories, ensuring robust security in virtually every corner of the globe.
