Saudi Arabia’s new digital platform to aid 30 million Hajj pilgrims

The “NUSK” platform offers 45 services to the individual sector and 75 services to the business sector.

During his participation in the Digital Government Forum 2022, hosted by the Digital Government Authority, Minister of Hajj and Umrah Tawfiq Al-Rabiah made the official announcement of the launch of the national platform for Hajj and Umrah, “NUSK”

In order to provide exceptional service to Hajj pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors and to enhance their experience, Al-Rabiah explained that the platform currently offers more than 121 different services to facilitate the procedures for the arrival of pilgrims from all over the world. This is done in order to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The “NUSK” platform offers 45 services to the individual sector and 75 services to the business sector. “The platform aims to provide its services to more than 30 million people, in cooperation with more than 10,000 entities in the business sector, and linkage and integration with 25 government agencies,” he said.

The portal also intends to introduce travellers to Makkah and Madinah’s historical neighbourhoods and sacred landmarks and to all phases of doing Umrah.
