ServiceNow inaugurates MENA regional HQ in Riyadh, strengthening commitment to Saudi Vision 2030

ServiceNow has officially opened its new Regional Headquarters for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Located in the heart of Riyadh, ServiceNow’s new office is close to The Digital Garage, where the company will work to improve AI skills and drive innovation for the Kingdom.

ServiceNow is committed to attracting and developing local talent, aligning with the Kingdom’s vision to empower its youth and equip them with the skills needed to thrive in the digital economy. Existing customers in the Kingdom include major organisations such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD).

H.E. Vice Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Engineer Haitham Al-Ohali, who attended the special ceremony to inaugurate the new office located in Pleasant Valley, said, “We welcome ServiceNow as a core member of the KSA tech business community and look forward to their contributions in advancing digital innovation, fostering local talent, and driving positive impact across the Kingdom.”

Saif Mashat, General Manager of ServiceNow Arabia, said the team is excited to develop talent in the region, particularly in AI, and to continue working with partners and customers to positively transform the future of the Kingdom in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

As ServiceNow grows its existing presence within KSA to meet customer and partner demand across the Kingdom, and following on from the company’s announcement earlier this year to invest and support regional business and government transformation, job creation, and digital skills development, the new office will be a key location for ServiceNow’s growing team in the region.

Mashat added, “This new office is a testament to ServiceNow’s commitment to our ecosystem in the region and to facilitating the transformation of the Saudi economy through technology innovation and the AI-powered ServiceNow platform.”
