Dubai-based metaverse company Landvault to ‘usher in new era of the Internet’

Aiming to advance the internet into its next evolutionary phase, Landvault has devised a two-pillar strategy

Dubai-based metaverse technology company Landvault is celebrating its one-year anniversary by making a momentous announcement – the introduction of ‘Landvault 2.0,’ a two-pillar strategy aimed at propelling the internet into the next evolutionary phase.

In response to evolving market dynamics and customer preferences, Landvault redefined its approach. With extensive market research and insights from over 500 potential clients, coupled with valuable lessons from the 2023 metaverse winter, the company concentrated its efforts on the concept of the “3D internet,” aiming to deliver a more enriching and equitable online experience.

In 2022, the metaverse industry has rapidly expanded with players such as Landvault experiencing remarkable growth. Metaverse firms are catering to Fortune 500 brands and undertaking over 200 projects for global corporations like Mastercard and Standard Chartered, as well as various governments. Boasting the development of more than 100 million square feet of virtual experiences across platforms such as The Sandbox and Decentraland, Landvault proved its mettle as a leading metaverse builder.

However, the subsequent metaverse winter brought about a paradigm shift, prompting brands to reassess their presence in the metaverse and leading to some withdrawals once the initial novelty wore off. This compelled Landvault to reevaluate the metaverse’s value proposition and identify new customer needs.

Drawing on its ‘next-best to reality’ concept, Landvault is now striving to pioneer the metaverse as the next generation of media platforms, transforming it into a 3-dimensional internet. Research indicated three essential requirements for the metaverse’s triumph:

  • High-fidelity content that fosters user connection and relatability.
  • Accessibility across all devices, making metaverse experiences easily discoverable and reachable for broader adoption.
  • Positive return on investment (ROI) to entice long-term engagement and business interest.

To lead the metaverse revolution in the MENA region, Landvault has laid down two key pillars:

Pillar one: Building a robust technology stack to expedite the creation and monetisation of metaverse experiences. The company is actively crafting proprietary tools that empower creators and brands to effortlessly produce high-fidelity content while capitalising on seamless monetisation opportunities.

Pillar two: Introducing cutting-edge technology to the MENA region, spearheading the metaverse industry. Landvault aims to establish a dominant presence in the region by bringing the concept of the 3D internet, focusing on utility-driven approaches rather than getting swept up in metaverse hype. Already collaborating with regional brands, the company is determined to equip businesses and governments with the means to connect with the next generation of internet users and align with the region’s unique vision.

Embracing this transformative journey, Landvault has undergone a rebranding effort and launched a new website to reflect its renewed vision. While retaining its integral component, Landvault Studio – the metaverse builder, the studio is now powered by an innovative tech stack, promising users an unparalleled experience.

Landvault’s CEO, Samuel Huber, expressed great enthusiasm for this new direction, asserting that their passage through the metaverse winter was truly defining.

“Our journey through the metaverse winter was a defining moment for Landvault. It compelled us to reconsider and reimagine our role in shaping the internet’s future. We are on a mission to unleash the true potential of the 3D internet – defined by utility, and are ready to lead the change in the next era,” he said.

To fortify its presence and foster the adoption of the 3D internet, Landvault is actively seeking to appoint skilled professionals in sales and business development roles within the MENA region.
