Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh Air is now going to use Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite to efficiently manage its core business operations. The services include – human capital management, supply chain, and digitalising finance. The implementation will help Riyadh Air develop secure, scalable, and a modern business platform to enable data driven decision making, enhance employee engagement, reduce costs, and streamline the procurement process.
Tech Mahindra will be the implementation partner to help Riyadh Air evolve into a digitally native airline.
Adam Boukadida, Chief Financial Officer at Riyadh Air, said, in a press note shared by Oracle, “Riyadh Air aims to disrupt the future of air travel and as part of our vision we need to be at the forefront of innovation and technology. A key part of this approach is to partner with world-class experts as we build technical capabilities that enable us to deliver a seamless digital-first experience to our guests”.
Riyadh Air since its launch in March 2023, has signed several technology and engineering partnerships to focus on the airline’s offerings, operational models, and services to bring in new standards in aviation, sustainability, and innovation. The airline has agreements with IBM Consulting, Microsoft, Swiss AS, CAE, Lufthansa Systems, and Accenture.

With this initiation, Riyadh will deploy – Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning, and Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital.

The Oracle Fusion Applications will help Riyadh Air to take advantage of the cloud and break down organizational silos, standardise processes, and manage finance, supply chain, and HR data on a single integrated platform.
