In an era where hybrid and remote work are becoming the norm, Logitech is at the forefront of providing innovative solutions to meet these demands. Mustapha Rafiki, Head of B2B at Logitech, leads the charge in North Africa, covering a vast region that includes Morocco, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya.

At this year’s GITEX Africa, Logitech’s second participation in the event, the company’s presence underscored its commitment to the African market.

Logitech returned to GITEX Africa with renewed enthusiasm following a successful first appearance. The team aims to foster stronger relationships with partners and end-users and showcase Logitech’s latest products and services tailored for the African market. “For Logitech, Africa is a major focus this year and in the coming years,” said Rafiki. “That’s why we are present at this event, which is one of the largest in Africa for startups and tech innovations.”

Logitech has long been recognised for its peripherals, particularly webcams. However, the onset of COVID-19 catalysed a shift in the company’s offerings. Recognising the growing need for video conferencing and remote work solutions, Logitech expanded its portfolio to include comprehensive video conferencing equipment.

“We responded to the market demand by launching our VC equipment,” Rafiki explained. “This has positioned us to support the evolving needs of hybrid work environments.”

One of Logitech’s latest innovations is the Logitech designed to address every aspect of hybrid work. Whether personal workspace, shared workspace, or a meeting room, the Rally Bar provides a seamless experience. “Our objective is to offer a complete ecosystem that supports the beauty and equity of meetings and calls,” said Rafiki

The Logitech Rally Bar is complemented by other products like the Logitech Sight, a camera that maintains eye-to-eye contact, enhancing communication and interaction. The Logitech Brio 705 webcam also offers high-quality video, making it ideal for remote workers.

A standout feature in Logitech’s new offerings is the integration of AI technology. Mustafa highlights the RightSense technology, which includes RightLight, RightSound, and RightSight.

“These features ensure optimal video and audio quality, providing users with a superior experience,” he said. The AI enhancements are part of Logitech’s continuous effort to improve the hybrid work environment, ensuring productivity, communication, and collaboration.

Logitech’s presence at GITEX Africa is not just about showcasing products; it’s about building solid connections and demonstrating a commitment to the African market. “We are constantly developing our products to enhance the user experience and provide an ideal hybrid work environment,” Mustafa emphasised.

As Logitech continues to innovate and adapt to the changing work landscape, its focus remains on delivering solutions that meet the needs of today’s dynamic work environments. The company’s dedication to enhancing hybrid work is evident in its latest offerings, positioning it as a key player in the future of work in Africa.

With its comprehensive solutions and continuous innovation, Logitech is well-equipped to support the evolving needs of the African market, ensuring that businesses and individuals alike can thrive in the new era of hybrid work.
