du, from Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC), and Ericsson have announced a strategic partnership at Mobile World Congress 2023 to transform du’s Information Technology (IT) operations.

Ericsson’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Business and Operations Support Systems Services will be utilised by du to improve quality, increase agility and unlock efficiencies.

This partnership will be a significant step forward in du’s digital transformation programme, with a focus on introducing AI and automation use cases, digitally transforming the IT operations environment, and making operations data-driven and intelligent. The collaboration aims to improve operational and service metrics, maintain high-quality services, increase efficiency, and reduce time-to-market.
