Axis Communications aims to disrupt industry norms at Intersec 2023 with a reimagined, reinvigorated exhibition experience that takes visitors on an exploratory journey into the world of security and surveillance.

The company’s participation at Intersec this year is under the theme, “Combining intelligent technology and human imagination”. The exhibitor will highlight artificial intelligence, zero trust and cybersecurity, edge AI analytics, technology integration and business intelligence with their participation.

At the Intersec 2023 exhibition stand, along with the latest advancements, visitors can also expect to witness a wide range of technologies including “world firsts” that showcase the Axis approach to innovation and the company’s longstanding commitments to quality and reliability.

“Axis has for many years used similar trade shows as a platform to meet new prospects, interact with our partners and customers and launch new products. This year we are taking this even further by not just doing that but also showcasing an integrated solution with a handful of technology and integration partners. This means that when people visit our stand, they will interact with a working installation of various intelligent systems that is the heart of the entire structure,” said Rudie Opperman, Engineering and Training Manager, MEA, Axis Communications.

The experiences for the visitors include a fully integrated visitor management system, access-controlled doors, AI-enabled surveillance system providing insight into operational IP audio system prompting key messages for streamlined operation and more.

As sustainability is a key focus for Intersec 2023, so is it for Axis. Opperman says that their sustainability mission starts even before products and solutions are launched. “We build in sustainability and cyber security when we design products, we then extend this thinking into our manufacturing considering the materials used. When we ship our products we consider the logistic process by streamlining it to the fullest and lastly when our customers take ownership of our products they can experience the power of and open, scalable and future proof solution that confirm quality in everything we do.”
