AVEVA has announced a new strategic partnership with ABS to help shipbuilders, owners and operators drive improved operational performance and meet critical sustainability goals.
The alliance will see ABS integrate its My Digital Fleet risk management platform with AVEVA’s PI System operational data management platform to ingest and normalise large quantities of sensor data received from shipping fleets. This operational data is then analysed by ABS’ machine learning models. The integrated solution strengthens smart ship operations by empowering users to derive powerful live insights into voyage performance, reduce fuel costs and meet decarbonisation goals.
