Saudi Arabia notary service goes digital

Saudi Arabia aims to streamline notarial services and eliminate the need for tedious in-person visits

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is making strides in embracing digitalisation with the launch of its Virtual Notarial Office.

This platform aims to revolutionise notarial services by offering clients a convenient and efficient digital alternative, eliminating the need for tedious in-person visits.

As part of Saudi Vision 2030, the Ministry of Justice is committed to streamlining processes, enhancing quality, and improving efficiency in notarial services. The Virtual Notarial Office is a key component of this digitalisation initiative, designed to elevate client satisfaction to new heights.

Through this innovative online portal, both individuals and corporations can easily access a range of notary services, including powers of attorney, declarations, and real estate transactions. Gone are the days of grappling with paperwork and lengthy administrative procedures. With the Virtual Notarial Office, these processes are seamlessly executed through digital channels, saving valuable time and effort for all parties involved.

To access the Virtual Notarial Office, interested individuals and businesses can simply visit the Najiz.sa portal. Once there, they can navigate to the “Notarial Services” section and click on the “Virtual Notarial Office” option. From there, a user-friendly notarial form awaits completion, enabling a smooth and hassle-free experience.

To ensure the authenticity and integrity of the notarial process, the MoJ’s diligent notarial team thoroughly examines each application. Once the necessary checks are completed, the parties involved are notified through SMS, which acts as a certification sent to their registered phone numbers. This digital verification process guarantees the reliability and security of the entire procedure.
