Jennifer Lin, Account Manager, Synology
Jennifer is responsible for the sales strategy and business development in the Middle East region (GCC countries).
Prior to joining Synology, Jennifer handled a key role in marketing and public relations for the ICT industry in a global leading PR company.
With her in-depth understanding of Middle East culture, Jennifer demonstrates a strong skill set in business content development, relationship building, and forging strategic alliances.
Chihhsi Hu, Account Manager, Synology
Chihhsi is the Account Manager for Israel & South Africa of Synology. She is responsible for sales development, distribution management, reseller
network, and customer relationship management in the regions.
With an extensive experience in the tech industry, Chihhsi is well-adept in comprehensive IT solutions, predominantly data protection and backup for SaaS (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and more), as well as emerging market strategic alliance.
Rob Crossley,
Founder and Managing Director, Create IT
Rob founded the company in 2013, born out of frustration with the lack of good, straight talking IT companies in the region. He has grown the company to the 1 man band it started with to where it is today, with 28 members of the team and offices in Dubai and the UK.
Coming from his UK background he was able to bring fresh ideas not seen in the region before. Working with brands such as the European tour, Emirates Rugby 7s, Lush Cosmetics, Shamal and Shiseido.
Kristofer Paolo Valencia,
Assistant Manager IT Operations, Huda Beauty
Kris has worked in the IT industry for over a decade, with a particular focus on operations and support. Kris spent 7 years working in support for Apple products before transitioning to Huda Beauty, where they have worked for the past 4 years.
As part of their role at Huda Beauty, they are responsible for IT operations in multiple locations including the UAE, US, and UK. They have developed a strong expertise in cloud-based solutions.
Chris Veldad, Pre-Sales Manager, FDC International
Chris Veldad is the Infrastructure and Pre-Sales Manager of FDC International. His expertise lies in large-scale data storage design, implementation, and maintenance, as well as virtual machines and server management. Chris is also an expert in NAS technology, particularly Synology, and has extensive experience helping clients with their data storage requirements.
Working as the Infrastructure Manager, Chris oversees FDC International’s over-all I.T. requirements which includes server/network management and cloud/web-related functions.
As the Pre-Sales Manager, Chris is responsible for training partners and system integrators with the latest technology features and practices.
